Pricing
Priced from a photo, not an hourly rate
Four things set the price. Text a photo of the front of the house and we work them out for you and send one flat number that includes the cleanup and hauling the debris away.
- StoreysOne-storey is quick. Two and three storeys need taller ladders and more time.
- Gutter lengthA ranch with 120 feet is a different job from a big two-storey with 300.
- DownspoutsEach one gets flushed and confirmed clear. More downspouts, more time.
- Guards and debrisGutter guards to lift and refit, or years of packed debris, add time.
How to get an accurate number
Text a photo of the front of the house from the street, and one of the back if the rooflines are different. That shows us the storeys, the rough gutter length, where the downspouts are and whether there are guards. Mention anything we cannot see: downspouts running underground, a detached garage with gutters, a flat porch roof, how long it has been since the last cleaning. You get a single number back, usually within the hour, and nothing changes unless you add something to the job.
If you would rather talk it through, call. Either way there is no visit and no estimate appointment before the price.
How it works
Four steps, no ladder for you
- 01Text a photo
Send a picture of the front of the house. Most jobs are priced from that in under an hour, no visit needed.
- 02Get a number
One flat price covering the cleaning, the flushing, the cleanup and hauling the debris away. No hourly rate.
- 03Pick a day
Same-week in most cases. Fall fills fast, so book a week ahead once the leaves start dropping.
- 04Done, with photos
We clean, flush, tidy up and text you before-and-after photos. You never climb the ladder.
Questions
Pricing questions
Why not just publish a price list?
Because a 1,200 sq ft ranch and a 4,000 sq ft two-storey under oaks are not the same job, and a flat rate would overcharge one and undercharge the other. A photo of the house tells us everything we need to price it accurately.
What is included in the price?
Scooping every gutter by hand, flushing every downspout until it runs clear, cleaning up, bagging and hauling the debris away, and photos when we finish. Small repairs and add-ons are quoted separately before we do them.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. One flat number for the job, agreed before we start. If it takes longer than we expected, that is our problem.
Are repairs extra?
Yes, and they are quoted before we do them. Most are small: a few hangers, a resealed corner, a downspout re-strapped.
Is there a discount for neighbours or repeat visits?
Yes. Two or more houses on the same street on the same day, and spring-plus-fall bookings, both get a better price. Ask when you text.
How do I pay?
After the job, once you have seen the photos. We will tell you the payment options when we confirm the booking.
